iCKB turns a Nervos DAO deposit into a token you can move. Swap CKB for iCKB and the protocol puts your CKB into a shared pool of Nervos DAO deposits, so iCKB keeps earning DAO compensation: one iCKB is worth a little more CKB every day. To swap back, iCKB uses deposits in the pool that are ready to exit, so you do not have to wait out your own roughly 30-day deposit cycle.
iCKB is an xUDT token, so compatible wallets and apps can hold and send it like any other token. Its on-chain scripts were reviewed by experienced Nervos developers, audited by Scalebit, and checked again in a later security review of the release binaries. The scripts, their tests and the web app are open source.
